I wrote about Annotatable Python docs. a while ago. Now along comes WikalongExtension - Wikalong Firefox Extension which is a cool extention for Firefiox to allow any web page to be annotated. This is so cool and so useful. They are working on the ability to have a private store for the comments whihc would make it excellent for web design conversations. The public version will be great for projects like python docs as the wiki stuff should also end up being googled.
