On Tuesday I hurt my back...
it was a combination of moving Hagrids Coffin (more accurately our trailer for carrying around our trikes) so that a new patio could be laid under where it is normally kept, and carry too mkany heavy books (and laptop PC) to my Seite class.
Anyway much better now thanks to the excellent Chiropractic at Furnace Green Surgery and some rest. Plus I have (again) stopped coffee with caffine and been drinking lots more water, that should have longer term benefits if I can keep it up.
I can now lie down again which is useful even if I need to get up and move around every couple of hours.
So no more excuses, back to essays.
Oh and I will be able to take the 11am service at Crawley Methodist Church, I think to the relief of the stewards who were starting to go pale (or that could just be because they have seen the order of service). We are tying into Salt but with a theme "It's not fair!": see Matthew 26: 57-68 and Matthew 27: 1- 26.
