I want a Wii for WOT (Worship on Thursdays) at Raunds. Thanks to Ian I can point to some great reasons why Youthblog : Christian Youth Work & Ministry: Wii Me and even more thanks to Ian for doing a risk assessment that we can use.
So now all I need is a kind person to donate a Wii and a TV to Raunds Methodist Church. We already have up to 18 kids on a Thursday who will love you for this (h'mm do I dare ask for 4 Wii's & TV's?).

You won't need 4 Wii's -- but getting extra controllers will open up possibilities for some great group games! I wish i was in a position to donate one to you...

I've been thinking about linking my Wii up to a projector in the hall. Step aside, Megabowl!

Richard, I wondered the same thing. But then I saw the links to all the damage done to TV's and furniture and thought again. Maybe when we have a fully fixed projector in a steel cage.

Ah yes, but the projector would be well out of range! In any case, the straps on the wiimotes really are secure, and there are no end of reminders about making sure they're round your wrist properly.
