42: No more captcha

I have disabled Captcha's on comments following the advice of Six Apart (who provide TypePad which hosts 42) in Everything TypePad: TypePad AntiSpam: A Better Way to Handle Spam.

So now it should be easier to comment.

Obviously I will be tracking spam carefully and will re-enable Captcha's if spam gets to be a problem again.

following your lead I have done the same... too many comments were duplicated or lost due to capatcha
