Polar opposites on Todd Bentley

The same news gets two very different reactions:

• Canadian Todd Bentley leaves (gets booted from?) Lakeland ‘revival’ after expose at Bene Diction Blogs On.
• Gentle Wisdom » Todd Bentley takes a break.

In both reports it is accepted that an ABC Nightline did an investigation and were unable to verify any healings. That does not of course mean there have been none, but it is disappointing and cannot be good news for the kingdom.

In other news the interview with Roger (potentially, although not yet confirmed to be the man who was kneed by Todd Bentley) continue, still not up to the healing bit.

Hopefully we will soon have proof of Mr Rogers's identity, a description of the event and verified medical reports of the before and after.

Bene D's piece (not a blog post because he is obviously afraid of comments pointing out its errors) is quite ridiculous. Does he really think Todd is so afraid of the really rather moderate criticism on the "Nightline" story that he is cutting and running? And then we have malicious speculation about his finances turned into fact by the addition of "no doubt".

As for Roger's story, I find it very strange that Bene can post this wonderful testimony in one breath and in another continues to do all he can to drag Todd down. Perhaps Bene considers it a bad thing that Roger's cancer has been partially healed.
